Executing this project remotely was the central challenge. Located in Hyderabad, over 600 km away, the site demanded a level of coordination and planning that goes beyond a local project. Materials, labour, and quality oversight all had to be managed across distance — without any compromise on the finish standard expected of a client-facing experience centre.
