A duplex home built for a couple who live and entertain with equal intensity. The brief called for a space with edge, depth, and a strong point of view.
The living spaces are anchored by a monolithic grey palette. Micro-concrete walls and crema marble flooring form a restrained canvas, brought to life through deliberate lighting and carefully curated details. Stacked wooden slat accents and aged brick tiles add warmth without softening the brutalist character.
The bedrooms shift tone entirely — lighter, warmer, and tailored to each occupant. Custom furniture in suede, velvet, and linen runs throughout. Art from established and emerging artists, centred around themes of cities, travel, and lifestyle, adds colour and narrative to the walls.
Bold moves. Considered execution. A home built for a life well lived.
